Dear Friends and Family,
The floor is done and the photos from both work days, May 3 & 17 are now in our photobucket. Check them out and be as thrilled as I am that this job is done and we'll have a safe and solid floor beneath our feet for years to come!

Hi Nancy,
Just wanted to give you all an updated Treasurer's report. After the bills for the concrete and material were paid, we have $55.29 left in the treasury. We still need to pay the professionals that helped with the concrete.
Also, I think it would be a good idea if we had an estimate of what the booked band will cost so we'll know how deeply we need to dig into our pocketbooks.
We'll need money to cover the cost of any postage, the corn, hot dogs, table covers, etc., ( can you think of anything else??) so tell everyone to start the checks a-rolling in.
